VIEW22 Academy is the trading name of VIEW 22 CONSULTING - FZCO, a company registered in the Dubai IFZA Free Zone under Trade Licence No. 41697.
For the purposes of UK GDPR, VIEW 22 CONSULTING - FZCO is the “data controller” responsible for your personal data. This means we decide how and why your personal data is processed.

- Application data: responses to our qualifying form, including information about your experience in the care sector, your startup capital, your investment capacity, and your intended launch timeline.
- Payment data: card details, billing address, and transaction history. Card numbers are processed directly by our payment processors (Kajabi Payments, Klarna) and are not stored on our servers.
- Programme data: your participation in coaching calls, community posts, assignments, and any documents you upload to the platform.
- Correspondence: any emails, messages, or calls you send us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and referring URL.
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and interactions with our content.
- Marketing data: your preferences in receiving marketing from us, and whether you have opened our emails or clicked links within them.
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive data about you from advertising platforms (Meta, Google), analytics providers, and scheduling tools (Calendly) where you have interacted with our ads or booked a call through those platforms.
2.4 Special category data
We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health information, ethnicity, or religious beliefs). Please do not share such data with us unless specifically requested.
3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with trusted service providers (“processors”) who help us deliver our services, and only to the extent necessary. All our processors are bound by contracts that require them to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Because VIEW 22 CONSULTING - FZCO is based in the United Arab Emirates and several of our processors are based outside the United Kingdom, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the UK.

- Student records: for the duration of your programme access, plus 6 years after completion for contractual and tax purposes.
- Financial records (invoices, payment records): at least 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year, in line with HMRC requirements.
- Marketing preferences: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
- Website analytics: typically up to 26 months.
When we no longer need your data, we will securely delete or anonymise it.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to analyse how it is used, and (where you consent) to serve you relevant advertising.

9. Marketing Communications
If you download our ebook, join our waiting list, or apply for the R.U.L.E. Programme, we will add you to our email list so we can send you information about our services and relevant updates. We rely on consent or “soft opt-in” where applicable under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing will not affect essential service communications (for example, information about your programme enrolment).
10. How We Protect Your Data
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These include encryption in transit, access controls, regular software updates, and staff training.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and inform you directly where required by law.
11. Children
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
